Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
Villas at Newnan Crossing offers detached garages to residents.
I shop online quite often! How do I get my packages at this community?
Don’t worry – we have Touch-Free SMARTPACKAGE Lockers that will store your packages until you are ready to pick them up, any time, 24/7.
Where is the dog park?
Located behind building 200
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
We ask them not to take up front parking spots.
What are your community’s pool hours?
10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Yes- Pool passes are given at the time of move in. This is a key ring pool pass with a number on it. Only 1 pool pass per apartment.
What are your fitness center hours?
24 hours. Residents have their own amenity codes that are provided at the time of move in

No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
